The East Lothian Museums Team, including staff from John Muir’s Birthplace, were delighted to be nominated then chosen as finalists in the East Lothian Council Star Awards 2008.

 

The winners of the Star Awards were announced at a ‘glittering’ presentation ceremony in the Brunton Hall, Musselburgh, on the evening of Thursday 6th November. The Star Awards recognise the achievements of employees and teams in a number of categories. The Culture and Sport category was won by the Active Schools team and runners up received a framed certificate of achievement.
